Bottle and closure
A clean dose is only one part of the finished presentation. The neck, insert, pump, spray head, crimp or screw closure must be tested as one pack sequence.

Not every perfume project has the same hazard. The employer must assess the formulation, flashpoint, quantity, releases, ventilation and workplace under DSEAR. The resulting classification determines whether special equipment or controls are required.
Use a nozzle that clears the neck, centre the bottle repeatably, control the final cut-off and allow enough time for any drop to clear before bottle movement. The nozzle and closure sequence should be tested together.
The project should state its quantity method and separate it from visual presentation. Bottle variation can change the visible level even when the measured dose is consistent, especially in decorative glass.
